Effective Date: July 26, 2025

Welcome to TEACH (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and experiences provided through TEACH (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

We are a privately owned, exclusive dating network providing introductions between members. Our company, TEACH Matchmaking Services, LLC dba Teach (“TEACH”), reserves the right to deny service to any applicant for any reason. Members and users are selected only after an interview and screening process. Not all individuals will qualify for the range of services offered by TEACH.

By creating a profile with TEACH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

By submitting an application or creating a profile, you agree that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, single, legally separated, divorced, or widowed. Those who apply for or use the services offered by TEACH are accepted as members or users only after TEACH is satisfied that there is a reasonable probability that the service can be effective. Even then, there is no express or implied warranty that a life partner can or will be found.

2. Our Services

TEACH offers experiential dating and matchmaking services that connect individuals through shared activities where one party TEACHes or leads the experience. We are not a traditional dating service and do not guarantee romantic or personal outcomes. All experiences are curated for connection, personal development, and enjoyment.

TEACH operates as a personal introduction network. The services provided by TEACH under this Agreement include, but are not limited to, introducing users and members to potential dating prospects. TEACH will provide introductions based on your preferences and the results of our compatibility assessments. The specific services to be provided will be determined and may be modified at TEACH’s discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or communicating with us.
  • Keep all profiles and any information presented to you as confidential and for your eyes only. You will not share or disclose any personal information or images of other members or users with third parties under any circumstances.
  • Treat all participants and staff with respect and courtesy.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including harassment, exploitation, or impersonation.

TEACH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services for violations of these terms or any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

4. Payments and Refunds

Some services, experiences, or memberships may require payment. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect fees already paid.

If an event is canceled by TEACH, you will be eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand life happens. However, to maintain fairness:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before an event for credit eligibility.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited payment.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Safety Disclaimer

TEACH facilitates connections through curated experiences but does not conduct full background checks on participants. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. We encourage you to use common sense and take appropriate precautions when meeting anyone in person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our site and within our services, including logos, text, images, and videos, are owned by or licensed to TEACH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Some experiences may be hosted or supported by third-party providers. TEACH is not responsible for the availability, safety, or performance of third-party services, nor any damage or loss arising from them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall TEACH be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data, or other economic advantage), even if TEACH has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

TEACH is not responsible or liable for any actions, behaviors, or outcomes that occur after an introduction is made between users or members, regardless of their membership status (free or paid). This includes, but is not limited to, any form of harassment, misconduct, physical or emotional harm, or any illegal activities.

By joining the TEACH network, you agree to exercise your own discretion and perform your own due diligence before meeting or continuing interactions with any individual introduced to you. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own safety and experiences.

11. Modifications

TEACH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of TEACHES’s services after any such changes will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Term

The term of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance of these terms and will continue until the completion of your membership term, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

14. Confidentiality

All introductions, communications, and information provided to you by TEACH are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose any identifying or personal information about individuals introduced to you by TEACH to any third party.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TEACH, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all losses, expenses, damages, claims, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any introductions or interactions you have with individuals introduced to you by TEACH.

16. Disclaimer of Warranty

TEACH provides the service on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No advice or information from TEACH or its representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

17. Non-Circumvention

You agree not to bypass TEACH or engage directly with any individuals introduced to you for any purpose outside of the scope of TEACH’s facilitation, including but not limited to setting up meetings or exchanging contact details without TEACH’s involvement or approval.

18. Force Majeure

TEACH shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, internet service disruptions, or governmental actions.

19. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of TEACH’s services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

21. Electronic Communications and Acceptance

By submitting an application or creating a profile, you agree to the use of electronic communications, records, and signatures and to receive all notices and agreements electronically, as permitted by applicable law.

22. Legal Compliance

By entering into this Agreement, you certify that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You affirm that all information provided to TEACH is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

By creating a profile with TEACH, whether as a free user or paid member, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
